- OTC and prescription birth control devices
- Christian Science practitioners
- OTC cough drops
- Guide dog
- Lasik
- OTC laxatives
- Night guards to prevent teeth from grinding (this is something I really need, actually)
- Listening therapy--I don't know what this is, but if it means that they'll pay someone to listen to you bitch then each and every one of my friends needs to line up.
- Chiropractic services
- Organ transplant
- OTC reading glasses
- Prescription sunglasses but NOT standard sunglasses
- Viagra
Not covered:
- Cord blood storage
- Cosmetic surgery
- Experimental or imported drugs
- Electrolysis
- Hand lotion
- Illegal operations or substances (I am so glad they clarified this, as I was going to treat my mental illness using psychic surgery in central America)
- Marriage counseling
- Maternity clothes
- Weight loss foods and programs
- Transgender treatments and surgery
